Due to the custom-made nature of our Carnival costumes and accessories, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photographs of the item(s) in question.

We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or corrective action.
